if you have a Windows 64 bit, Media Engine doesn't exist because it's not compatible with this version for the moment.

found out why media engine wasnt working.
i selected it on config while the game was already running (makes sense?)
tried changing it before the emulation starts and the game simply dont work. it stays fixed on fps 1
