Hi I keep hearing people say:
Please open e.g. tmp\ULJS00379\Atarc

My tmp doesn't have the game ID + Atarc folder.

How do I get that folder to appear?

I've enabled "Extract media files to tmp folder"

maybe your game doesn't use at3+ format sound then. some games use different formats.

New version 1.9.29 has been released. Only cosmetic changes as far as I can tell. The window now has an Aero transparency effect, and if you don't like blue then you can choose from several other colors now.
