you can put the files into any folder.
1. install sound forge
2. rename the Chinese exe to something like mono_AT3+.exe (some windows don't like the Chinese filename and will give comdlg error)
3. run the exe, set the language to English , find the game id you are playing in the jpcsp tmp folder, then set the soundforge path (click launch sound forge) , after its loaded make sure the jpcsp window is in focus (front window) before pressing start or it will clear all the settings.

Works great (tested on SRWZ2 and Gundam vs Gundam Next PLUS). Thanks for the plugin, jacky.

Yeah, you need to have that enabled so that the program can read the files with SonicForge.

yeah, it works.
for file COMDLG32.OCX you can search on OS XP if you installed. then put in Jpcsp folder.
if not search on google.
