fog effects problem

I try another settings
if enable dynamic shader generation, fog will not work

Oh, I forgot that one. Now added in r3573

I try to remove the block border around map
looks like enable the shader implementation for the "stencil test" will help

but everything overlay

Does maybe the option "Save stencil to Memory" also help in that case?
