i want to know too which best video settings for
1. ATI
2.NVIDIA

is it just me.shaders on ATI black screen, on NVIDIA is it same or not?

Shaders are black screen unless you have a good enough video card.
Processor: AMD Phenom II X4 970 3.7 GHz, GPU: Geforce GTX 550 Ti, Ram: 16 GB, Windows 7 64-bit

unless you use the dynamic shader generator option but that often causes a crash.

yea thats what I was saying and whats the point of shaders anyways?
