What those problematic address blocks have in common is that it appears that a double delay slot took place before their compliation, e.g.:

So, those blocks shouldn't really be getting compiled.

I don't get what you mean. I don't see any problem with these blocks.
Could you post a TRACE log file including the runtime and compiler log, so that I can check the output of the compiler on these blocks?
