A message in Japanese pops up, then a Blank screen. Here's the log file. Looks like it has something do with CRI Wave or ADX.

You can move this to Playable, but it doesn't save. It keeps making a new file. "Handle SAVEDATA in Crypto" won't let the game play if it's ticked.

I've only noticed this IN Puyo Puyo, but the music would play fine, then it speeds up t like double speed. Also, in Puyo Puyo 20th, the game doesn't seem to save. It keeps making a new save everything it starts up.

Hmm... I think I know what's wrong. It seems to attempt to generate an empty file. That's why it fails at the crypto process.

Thanks. Do you know why the sounds would suddenly speed up?

I think I know why it does that. I keep it at the selection screen for the difficulty, it doesn't do it. When I start playing and a lot of sounds start playing the music just speeds up. Maybe some time of audio throttle option would be nice.

Based on the log, it seems that the CRI ADX thread starts running for too long after a while (making the sound samples replay a lot of times). I suspect there may be a hidden thread waiting to start up, perhaps as a sequence of loading/saving the game.
Also, could you check what are the FPS values while running this game, please? Thanks!

It believe it about 60 FPS, but I'll check on that.
Average is about 52-54, FPS is at 60 ,but will drop for a split-second to like 31.

So, figure out anything? I found a way around the save issue, but not the sound issue. Seems to only happen in Puyo games.
