I will update the OP with this information.

You can't disable logging, but the LLVM log should stop growing in size when the game has started, and rpcs3.log will only grow very slowly.
It crashes after the Criware logo. No matter what I spammed I couldn't skip anything. I now realize it isn't recognizing my xinput controller, a Dualshock 4 emulated as a 360 pad with DS4Windows. The other games I have working, Project Diva F and Dragon's Crown, recognize it.

I hate to go off topic but I'm curious about a few things;
1 - Is the resolution settings the same as selecting a resolution in PS3 settings (as in doesn't affect the game's internal resolution unless it's supported) or is it changing the emulator's internal rendering?

2 - Are there any plans to implement saving states in the near future?

Try using keyboard controls and spam the start/x-buttons after the criware logo. And be absolutely certain you use the same LLE modules as I do, when I first tested it always crashed on the videos before I had this very long list enabled. A quick look at your log reveals that you forgot libfs, and maybe more?

1. Same as PS3, selecting 1080p will make 99 % of all games not start for instance.

2. No, barely anyone is working on rpcs3 at the moment, this is a slow period.

Hello. I just tried your instructions to set up emu, but it dosen't work for me. Game don't even start.

I tried both versions RPCS3 versions: from your post and newest build. I added libraries and flash files, followed necommer instruction, but to no effect.
Below is my log. I would appreciate if someone could help me.

Thank you for posting the log. I think the problem is you put a disc game in the dev_hdd0 folder. Try placing the entire game outside, like on your desktop, and then boot from file -> boot game. It should start an install now. The game may crash after installing but then you should be able to start it every time with file -> boot game.

Hi, I'm new here and trying to get to know this emulator... This is how I'm using the modules http://imgur.com/ZyVCZCF plus, as you can see I don't have any libraries and I don't know where to find them... maybe its because of this that I don't get Catherine working? The Windows launches but I get black screen. Btw I hope to help you providing feedback as a tester (not programmer unfortunately) out while I try to understand the functionality of RPCS3.

Do you see the loading screen or...? Try with the (fast) PPU Interpreter first. LLVM can be unstable.

Could also use this build that will fix the half screen issue: https://ci.appveyor.com/project/rpcs3/rp.../artifacts

Was a surprise to see the loading screen, but only after i click Resume in the Debugger. Just black screen after that. Used the interpreter this time. RPCS3 log of the old build, going to test the new one soon. Smile

Do restart rpcs3 between runs or everything just gets appended to the same log file.

I have no idea why it crashes for you, I don't see it...
