my config video tabs:
-vertex cache
-use shader
-use geometry shader 2D rendering
-enable VAO
-save GE to memory
-enable decoding (CLUT)
-enable dynamic shader
-without antialiasing

it worked JPCSP 3040 32bit on my bad laptop

CPU: AMD Phenom II Triple Core 2,1GHz
GPU: ATI Mobility HD Radeon 4200 series
