Sooo...how do I import my games to PC as iso files?
#1
New Jpcsp user here, surprised there are no tutorials for doing this yet. I've used PCSX2 and ePSXe before, and on those emus, you could simply burn the discs to your hard drive with a program like Imgburn (or mount the CDs/DVDs directly). But I'm guessing it's obviously not that simple with a PSP.

I've never used custom firmware on my PSP before, do I need it? Can you recommend any good tutorials for setting it up? I tried googling around a bit, but all the tutorials for making isos seemed very complicated and sometimes badly written. Is there a way to import the games as .iso without any of that hassle, or do I absolutely have to use custom firmware and l337 hacks to make it work? :p

Btw, I think it'd be a good idea if this question was covered in the FAQ too. It would encourage legal emulation rather than just downloading the games.

EDIT: I have a PSP 1000 if that helps.
