It's hyakki now buddy, Jpcsp forum is dead.
Funny thing, I spend more time on the forum instead of on emulators Tongue

I got Intel Quad Core 9550 with GF9400GT and 2gb or 4gb Dual Chanel of RAM DDR3, on Windows XP PRO SP3 and it is a litle slow in some places, on the rest is working very god.
And the best working game with no problems, I have seen is Yggdra Union "10+".

About crisis core perfomance...
People, you must understand that Jpcsp is still in it's ,,baby stages'' and as much as your pc is powerfull and fast,it won't help you much in performance and higher fps.
My pc is in kinda low class. My cpu is 1.8 ghz 2 gb ram and Nvidia card with 256 mb, and i run around 15-20 fps, which makes the game playable(and without ANY graphic bugs) for me,but still,I see people posting pc configuration tripple stronger than mine, but they still have low fps and graphic bugs...Just wait a coupple of months, year, or two ,watch and wait until Jpcsp improves and reaches it's perfection Smile

any news on the ACTUAL development of the emulator besides the svn builds?

Hello all.

I have downloaded the newest version from the emulator's site, then replaced the files with the newes build from http://buildbot.orphis.net/jpcsp/ .

I have put the CSO file into umdimages folder and set all the settings as you told in 1st post.

I have Windows 7 32 bit running @ C2D E8500 @ 2x4,3 GHz, 2x2 GB 1066 MHz RAM, Radeon 4870 etc.

Using these specs and instructions, I can't start the game. When I load it, I get a black screen and this message from console:

What can I do to make the game run properly?

PS. I can't find option called "Use Media Engine (optional Enables video playback, audio is unsupported at this time)" (I have of course extracted the archive. This option is only avaliable for me by using your launcher).

EDIT:

The game works only when I'm using your launcher - thanks man!

According to you why I don't see (and I don't hear...) the start video where I can select New game or Continue? Please...I don't know what I could do, the options selected are the same in the first post
