If you needed (and not need) a ps3 bios, you downloaded a fake emulator. Probably malware. You should probably get on top of that...

Nope. All of them - Xbox 360 and PS3 (and probably other consoles) have fake emulators, that "require" the BIOS. (of course they are malware though)

When i want to start "rpcs3-x86.exe" I have an error message:

0xc000007b

Could someone help me with that?
How can i fix that?

There is your problem. The 32-bit version is not supported anymore, and will run pretty much nothing even if you get it to start. Install 64-bit Windows, and if you can't, your CPU is to slow for anything anyway.

Try installing this:
Download

If that doesn't work, upgrade your computer to a 64-bit OS. (as said above)

ohh... I didnt see that it was for a 32-Bit System... xD
I just downloaded the newest version for a 64-Bit System, yet it still shows the same error
