I personally don't think this would be possible without an emulator, it would be impossible for the pc to intercept the psp graphics and convert the graphics in real-time to a higher resolution while keeping insync with the psp, you could probably use a upscale filter but it would still look blury since its just a filter over the native resolution zooming it 2x or whatever Smile.

Jpcsp was created to accurately emulate the PSP not make games run fast or look good, Jpcsp compatibility and speed will continue to improve over time as more native compiler code is added and more optimizations take place.
