You don't need those log files to run the game lol. All you need is the latest svn build of JPCSP, hyakki's launcher, the game itself (with decrypted eboot) and install sonic stage if you want bgm and movie audio. Download latest svn build here, hyakki's launcher here and google sonic stage 4.3.

Just install it and use the decode with sonic stage option in the media tab when you run JPCSP. Decodes audio in fmvs and voices but not bgm in this game for some reason.
Funny thing, I spend more time on the forum instead of on emulators
