Need for Speed: Underground Rivals - USA - ULUS10007

I done a small investigation and managed to reach ingame:
a. Set "-Xmx" argument more than 512m.
b. Set affinity for java.exe - 2 cores.
c. When reach menus turn off log, since with enabled log (INFO level) i can't reach ingame. (JVM always stuck)
