You need to download sonic stage to use sonic stage....then enable the option in the media tab of the configs

already got the sonic stage part..

I have an Intel i7 2600k it's a Quad Core with 8-Threads at 3.4GHz..
That's why I'm wondering why it only maxes out at 20fps..
And my CPU load doesn't even reach 50%
