Trying to play disgaea, but the fps is limited at 60fps for some reason. Anyone way to take it off so i can play it faster?

Yea turn it off on your Video card
Processor: AMD Phenom II X4 970 3.7 GHz, GPU: Geforce GTX 550 Ti, Ram: 16 GB, Windows 7 64-bit
