Good Evening,

I am trying to get Crisis Core working for the past few hours and with the help of your forum, got the intro vid to work without stutter with audio Smile However, after the intro vid ends, I'm presuming you are shown a scene with Zack but all I see are some weird lines where his character model should be. It's like the emu can't figure out how to show the character models. The sounds are there but the characters aren't. I can post a screen shot if needed. I took out GE to get the intro vid to stop stuttering (improved my fps to 60) but all the others are the same as OP except under compiler I set to 50. I have tried older versions but I get thrown different errors. One was about Xuggle, also for some reason I can't get the 32-bit version to work. I click but all that happens is the console pops open then closes so I'm using the 64 bit of 2393.

Here is the screen

My Specs Are:
i7 950 3.06ghz
Radeon HD 6850 1GB
12 gb ram

If 32 bit would be better to try I can try to get the current to work.

try disabling shaders and vertex cache, ATI cards have broken opengl support in the drivers.

I took away the shaders but turned the vertex cache on to be able to see the video and it worked! Thanks so much!

RE: CRISIS CORE:FINAL FANTASY VII - ULUS10336 - chrcol - 11-28-2011

is nvidia gtx460 1gig

I do occasionally now get some slowdowns now, it feels more like the game itself slowing down rather than a low frame rate. Its never inside battles tho and only when exploring certian areas. Cutscenes also never slow down.

RE: CRISIS CORE:FINAL FANTASY VII - ULUS10336 - LeaT - 11-29-2011

Interesting. I'll copy your settings as I got the same card as you, but I could never get full FPS. I suffered serious slowdown in combat so I never bothered playing it on JPCSP. Just sucks that the cutscenes aren't on the big screen Sad

Hah, your settings worked as a charm. Gained double FPS during the intro cutscene. Let's see how the rest looks like.

RE: CRISIS CORE:FINAL FANTASY VII - ULUS10336 - chrcol - 11-29-2011

yeah the intro lagged when I first got it to play but with these settings its perfect.
