Hey again!
good news!
i found a program can run under other OSs and you can use instead of SonicStage.
it's VLC media player! and it's free!
but i not sure if it's can play all sounds, currently it can support .oma file and i'm not sure about the right configure for it on jpcsp.
please help me and other users.
