Cannot get it to start at all - Tokahontas - 12-11-2011
I'm sure somewhere within the depths of this cavernous forum, my answers lie, but I've been searching for far too long.
Now. I have downloaded JPCSP. I downloaded Java Runtime Environment (JRE) (64-bit). The problem is that when I double-click the .jar file to open the program, nothing happens. I attempted to right-click and select JRE with "Open With" but I couldn't find it. Can someone please help? I appreciate anyone who reads and replies!

did you try using the bat file?

Also, did you try starting JPCSP using hyakki's launcher?
