How it works?

I download from http://rpcs3.net/category/downloads/ and run rpcs3-x64.exe. Error of soft_oal.dll missing
I download entire proj from https://github.com/RPCS3/rpcs3 and copy this dll to my folder. It runs
I try to run 3 games and not work

Does Disgaea 3 look like God of War Ascension to you? You might adjust your eyes.

But do those 3 games look like Disgaea to you, with all the proper settings and if necessary other stuff done to make it run? Also what's the game's ID? Does it match the actual ID of the Disgaea shown in the video?
