I'm just new so I would like to know if your new rpcs3 revision download is compatible in any windows versions?

It is known to work in Windows 7 64-bit. Some people report issues with Windows 8(.1) (64-bit), but I think it should be fine. Windows XP, and 32-bit versions of 7 and 8 might work, but are not/will not be supported in the future.

I've tested RPCS3 64-bit and 32-bit versions under Windows 8.1 and they both work fine. Of course, 64-bit is always preferred, but the 32-bit version is working too.
