I can't run the JPCSP Launcher - s6796 - 11-26-2011
When I open the JPCSP Launcher,
it said ' Failed Detect ',
but I don't know what it's mean so I still click ' Run ',
and it said ' Error jogl.dll missing '
What it's saying?
What should I do?

you need to put it in Jpcsp's root folder or define the path to Jpcsp in the options.

no, all you need is Java and Jpcsp from the link I provided.
