So I've used the mono atrac + sound forge to fix the voices but the game seems to skip a few frames when loading/converting the sound files. I haven't tried the fix on other games so I don't know if it's suppose to happen or if it's just this game.

There is always the option to not install the data,because it is an iso it wouldn't make any difference.Also you can set it to never ask about that

What config should i use to be able to even start this game? I get only black screen and it says 0 or 1 FPS. What do i do?

Is this game actually playable in the revision 3101? D:! because i can't run it :/ i tried like 7 or 8 configurations but the game never start :/

Do u have black screen? Try deleting tmp folder, and also disabling some option. I had troubles while making it run on JPCSP, but now i use PPSSPP and it works awesome.
