I configured JPCSP Launcher 1.7.0.5 & jpcsp r2571
But I Full resized the jpcsp screen game on the screen are rather small

I Enabled "Save GE screen to Textures instead of Memory". But very slow in the game fps 7-5

weird as i know that option increase fps

lower maximum method size to 100 or 500, save ge to texture , use CLUT, uncheck only ge , dynamic shader generation can also give a performance boost with that game, uncheck use debug font.
since the psp is widescreen it might be better to pick a widescreen resolution when using the full-screen option. (like 1152 x 864)

btw what video card do you have?

the only way to resolve your problem is to enable ge to texture. as hyakki point out, check other beneficial setting as well.
