What is wrong in the name input screen? From the log file, it looks all fine.
Could you post the same screen from a real PSP?

OK, I will build a test application to be run on a Chinese PSP. I can't open this font on my PSP...
jpcsp\src\jpcsp\HLE\kernel\types\SceFontInfoBW.java
confirm charInfo.bitmapTop = charBitmapWidth;
make font total bad.
Comment\remove the line only name input screen font wrong in the bottom
