basically i only get like 7 to 11 fps in crisis core and i enabled all the ones i need to also... can anyone help?

that's because your CPU is too weak.
you can turn on shaders and turn off some opengl extensions to speed up the graphics.
aww i was hoping it wasnt cpu xD but oh well i need a new notebook anyways U.U
