can i play this emu ????

Unfortunately your CPU and video card are somewhat outdated, the x600 might not support opengl 2.0+ either, not to mention I don't think 1GB of ram is enough (Jpcsp needs 1GB just for itself (that's not shared with the OS)).


You could try to lower the -xmx size to 512 but that still might not be enough.
