Try it without the first line "... 100%"

what Darth1701 means put only numbers into cwcheats, for cheat name do not input.
example:
Life 100%--->don't copy & paste into cwcheats
08xxxxxx xxxxxxxx --->copy & paste into cwcheats
01xxxxxx xxxxxxxx --->copy & paste into cwcheats
