From the screenshot, it looks like that the window has been slightly re-sized and not at PSP original resolution. Could you check if the issue is still present using PSP resolution? "Options -> Video -> Resize -> 1x" or "2x". Andutrache is reporting similar issue when not using exactly 1x or 2x.
