Just as the title says. Will there be a way to transfer the gamepad settings to each new build. It's just kinda of a hassle to have to read set them each time.
Yes there is already a way, copy the settings.properties file to each of the new builds just like you copy the ms0 and possibly TMP and Flash0 folders.
