just an update/re-test, found a bug with the voices, kinda a strange bug.
The voices start to play "after" you click the x button, where it should play with the dialog text.

for example this picture says Thousands of years ... , after you press X to advance the dialog, the voice will start to say "Thousands of.." then cuts off.
this shows up when the voices play.

I have made a lot of improvements in the sound effect processing, based on intensive tests on a PSP.
