The logger seems to spam audio related errors
From the log seem you forget do two things
You need download and install SonicStage.
Then in jpcsp audio setting:Enable Decode audio files with SonicStage

i having error to create installation file, so the data cant load and is broken

The game auto save when you finish.

I heard that save need in
NTFS disk system.

i have a log below, when i start K-on PSP until to game settings
