ok got it working but just how much of the game can you play? for me it quits out shortly after the scene with roxas and something about opening the door. then it goes back out to destiny island does some panning around then goes black screen

It will decrypt and run normally if you download the .rar package in the instructions I gave. Try that out, then ask. The first post that was given, but Darth101 I think it was, you don't have to do that. Just download my .rar package included in the link that I gave so that you can download the package. It works, after it decrypts automagically.

You should be able to play most of the game. You can't do command board, and you can't do the Reports, but you can do all of Aqua's story, and all of Ventus's story (the kid that looks like Roxas) and MOST of Terra's story. What are your computers specs? Also, try skipping the cutscenes.

wait a sec, how can you finish all of Aqua's story?? I'm stucking at the very first world: Castle of Dreams, when escorting Jaq to the mouse hole, if Jaq get only 1 hit, the game freeze, i still don't know how to get past there.

Your computer has great specs, so it should work. Try muting the game (shift M), unchecking use media engine and decode audio files with sonicstage, and also uncheck only GE graphics, and on the video tab, check "use shaders" and "enable dynamic shader generation" or whatever. Hope this helps! Also, did you use my download package, or something else? If you have good internet speed, try mine.
EDIT: Actually, I'm not positive if you can get through Aqua's story or not. I haven't done all of it, but I have gotten to Radiant Garden with her. I know for sure that Ventus's story works all the way through, and with Terra, you get stuck right before deep space. You can't get past that.
Really for me its different. If your getting that loading hearts stuck in a loop that means you need to rerip you iso. I did finish aqua story but I'm stuck on terra's. Right after you get told to get snow whites heart and try and leave the room it freezes. I'm stuck some where on ven's story. I can't remember where.
I can't even get by past after roxas or whomever it is says open the door at the beginning of the game i didn't even download whats his names rar thing. i just switched everything to the right directories for umd and the temp folder using build r2100. it seems the only 2 games i'm having a hard time playing or getting to run are birth byy sleep and legend of heroes trails in the sky everything else i can get to run just fine go fig.

Wow did you really try and get me to do that? >_> Never mind. I'll keep all my problems with the emulator to myself. I'll just post logs every now and then.
Edit: When ever you get to last round in the mirage arena it freezes in this loop that keeps spinning around aqua. I haven't tried it with anyone else since I feel like it would get the same error. Here's a log.Had to upload it to megaupload since it was a 805 kb. Apparently that's over the limit.

Oh yeah! It works with the 2 media options unchecked.
