Tested using rpcs3-v0.0.1-2017-03-03-48b05838_win64 on an i7 4770K @ 3.5 GHz, GTX 1070, 16 GB DDR3 running Windows 10-64 with the following settings:

PPU decoder: Interpreter (fast)
SPU decoder: Recompiler (ASMJIT)
LLE libraries picked automatically by RPCS3
Graphics settings: OpenGL, Vulkan, DirectX 12 @ 1280x720 w/ VSync, Frame limit set to Auto
Audio settings: XAudio2
Input/Output: XInput

The game shows quite different behavior on each graphics renderer:

Vulkan shows a black window running at 0.01 fps that crashes into a runtime error after a couple of seconds (see the attached log for more information).

OpenGL shows a black window hovering around 60 fps and doesn't go any further.

DirectX 12 shows a black window as well but after a while, it displays two very dark ingame messages (see screenshot #1 and #2). Pressing the start button, as prompted by the second message, does not do anything, so I'm stuck there for now.

The attached 7z contains separate log files for all three renderers, in case it helps.
The same bug with unresponsive controller input also happens in Resident Evil 4, Minecraft, and the Ratchet & Clank Collection.

I wonder what's causing it to happen?
Since the bug with broken controller inputs has been fixed, more progress can now be made.

The game needs to install itself to the HDD, which crashes RPCS3. The only fix is to manually copy all of the game data to dev_hdd0.

After pressing start, the game crashes because it needs... the web browser? Huh

I'm not making this up.
RPCS3 v0.0.2-6-8e64e9d Alpha
The game freezes after installing.
P.S. Moderators, please, rename the game to "Ratchet & Clank Future: Quest for Booty".
