Your graphics card is so old that it doesn't even support OpenGL 4.3... RPCS3 will not work on that computer.
My VGA : AMD Radeon HD 6470M - OpenGL 4.1
Will the rpcs3 support OpenGL 4.1 in the future?

No. And even if it did, performance is terrible on anything but Vulkan.
guys pleas i have aproblem with RPCS3 i can run any game but the problem its too slow tooooo slow so can any onehelp me to run games fast with windows 7 pleas ????

Being a "Switchable Graphics" set-up, simple GPU driver updates can be complicated (NB: GPU and CPU drivers work in unison, so vendors must provide custom drivers -- something Dell / AMD are notorious for not doing.)

Will monitor the emulator revisions for improvement / change. But it might be more prudent to just wait until I upgrade the PC, before I can expect to be serious about getting RPCS3 to run at an optimum level. Sleepy
