You are using the spurs branch now right? Test with the actual latest version of rpcs3, not some unfinished untested thing someone compiled and distributed for no good reason.

What do you mean it doesn't run? Simply turn to the interpreter in settings.
Interpreter is more accurate and better when trying to run games, though it may be slower.

Could you try running it with cellSailAvi LLE module also enabled?
Could you also try using SPU Interpreter 2?
