It's only turn off the Sound, and can give some fps increase.

This process heavy load my CPU.
Goes to menus on recent master build. Stuck soft-locked due to cellNetCtlNetStartDialogLoadAsync function. Requires libSre LLE'd.

The game is playable now, not good performance but you can play the game fine pretty much - Tested on OpenGl and Vulkan (Vulkan has minor UI Texture display issues).
