As far as I can tell it doesn't contain anything that jpcsp doesn't have. It has no new options, faster speed, or even more on the fly changes. The change logs are the same as the ones here. It does how ever contain a Trojan. He tells you its a false positive but the thing is every site I go to scan it online tells me its a Trojan. He's not only stealing this but he's using it to spread virus.
