ok here is the info and profiler logs

Have you tried to turn off all logging when in-game?
since with the other gran turismo game if logging is on it goes 0.1 fps, when its off game runs pretty much full speed.

yea i tried it with logging off
during the menus the game is fast only when it goes ingame it goes very very slow
