I'm playing The IdolM@STER Perfect Sun, and when I play one of the parts of game which the things are supposed to be scrolling at the bottom, it doesn't do anything. Video of what it is supposed to do;

There is another TIM game I was playing on JPCSP and had an error called The IdolM@STER Shiny Festa; Funky Note, and when I play the stage the background music doesn't play, just the sound effect for the arrow/notes. Anyone know how I can fix either of these problems?
