Update: If you can get a gamesave that passes this bird whenever it pops up then it's playable.

What I do is get passed the bird, save then close the emulator and re open it

can someone please give me the best configuration / emulator to play this ?

How about the game speed? Mine runs sloppy in fields and runs really slow in battles with 3 or more enemies. Any good configurations for improving its performance? I've tried many but none where good.
