So I've gotten a good amount of this game to work on jpcsp after using sonicstage and open mg.

Assuming that it might've been the same as obtaining voices for games like hakuoki I also tried to use Soundforge and the mono attrac autoplay assistant to try and get the voices to work from this forum: http://www.emunewz.net/forum/showthread.php?tid=5293

is anyone else playing this game through the emulator with the voices working?

In case don't, you should consider post an info log on game dedicated thread. Also, keep checking latest fixed on http://buildbot.orphis.net/jpcsp/ since gid still making sound improvements.
