This is a Xuggle problem Wink : the 32-bit version is using Xuggle v5.4 but this one is not running correctly on 64-bit. So, the 64-bit version is still with Xuggle v3.4...
See lib/windows-amd64/README-Xuggle-5.4.txt.

Offtopic:
nah would be neat to have an option to change between xuggle 3 and 5 for the 64bit version though since only a few people had problems with it .
or an additional build added to the build xml like dist-windows-amd64-xuggle5.

(you can still manually change the versions but its somewhat troublesome since you have to make a few changes..)
1. Copy the folder lib\windows-amd64\ (backup), then remove most of the files from lib\windows-amd64\ besides for (OpenAL64.dll, lwjgl64.dll, jinput-raw_64.dll, jinput-dx8_64.dll, DecodeAudio.bat, HIMDRENDER.exe)
2. You will need the 64bit libxuggle-5.dll from here http://xuggle.googlecode.com/svn/trunk/r...ggler/5.4/ , find xuggle-xuggler-arch-x86_64-w64-mingw32.jar, open the jar with winrar, extract libxuggle-5.dll to the jpcsp lib\windows-amd64 dir.
3. you might also need to use the bin\jpcsp.jar file from the 32bit jpcsp build to fully enable it, run and you will have xuggle v5.4 working under jpcsp 64bit again :p.

A lot of sceMp4 functions have been implemented in r3686. Could you retest this game and update the log file including sceMp4 and sceMpeg at DEBUG level?

Thank you!
