JPCSP extremely slow?

RE: JPCSP extremely slow?
I'm having problems as well. Im running windows 7 64bit and using the latest 32bit version of Java and JPCSP. I'm having weird issues that may be related to OP. No matter what settings I use I can't get Dissidia 012 running higher than 15 average FPS.

When looking at GPU-Z(a graphics card monitor) it shows that my GPU load is at 0% usage while JPCSP is running. It's as if it is only using my processor and not sending instructions to my GPU.

My PC is overkill for running this emulator:

Processor: Phenom II x4 940BE @3.4Ghz
Graphics Card: ATI Sapphire Toxic 6950 2GB
Memory: 4GB DDR2 800
