help fix flashing screen on crimson gem saga

wheres a video of what i need help with when i have GE graphics checked the fps are great but the screen flashes like crazy how can i stop this from happening then when GE graphics are not checked the screen is perfect but it moves way to slow to play.
the specs on my cpu are
dell windows 7
inspiron 19 pentium® dual-core cpu E5300@2.60GHz
RAM 4.00 gb
64-bit system
the Graphic card i have is intel® G41 express chipset
