Well, update your drivers. You know how to do it? In case don't we will assist you. Here is a very nice web site i use sometimes: (Is on french)
TousLesDrivers.Com -> MesDrivers

In case your drivers are up to date maybe you want to post this issue attaching an info log (More infor on my sign) on game dedicated thread. Here it is:

Intel web site have old drivers. Is rare that TousLesDrivers does not have latest drivers for Intel GMA. I am not sure but maybe Leshcat drivers will work for you; ask on their forum if you want.

You can check how old are your drivers if you go to:
Control Panel -> Device Manager -> Video adapter, right click on it and then choose -> Properties -> On Driver tag you can see the date of the driver.

Well man, i am out of ideas. You can still searching on some forums like 3dGuru hoping someone have newest drivers for your card. I insist that maybe Leshcat drivers will work for you since they are build for Intel Chipset.

Last option is still playing on your PSP or get a new videocard. Sorry.

Edit: Also, i am not sure but maybe the only thing you must update is the OpenGL version for your video card. Ask on 3dGuru if someone have a newest OpenGL version since JPCSP work with OpenGL.
