As of r2238 x86 this game work with 10-15 fps going from 'Menu' to 'Playable'

Only Issues are with slowdowns and with text showing a few pixels above the speech box, maybe craches when loading savestates
So far I reached third stage without problems

For settings I recommend
*Video:
Only GE graphics,
Use Geometry Shader for 2d rendering (improve speed),
enable saving ge to texture instead of memory,
decoding of indexed texture(clut)
dynamic shader generation
*Under Memory and Compiler:
check first option in both
*Media:
Sound effects work just fine
For the bgm music to work, you need to
1/install sonicstage 4.3 beforehand (for psp audio codecs)
2/check first,third and fourth options under Media
