Monitor Screen have a Blurr Display when running JPCSP

Whenever I run my JPCSP my screen became like this, here is a screenshot.

I cant see the blur sorry.

But i had a bad experience with the ati catalys, when i selected to overwrite the aplication settings like the anti aliasing and stuff like that, i would get really strange blurs and errors in the jpcsp.

Please post a picture that shows better the blur so we can help you more

The leftside of Argath dialog box. I don't know what it is called. Oh well I return back to a Windows XP 32 bit and that thing is gone now I play JPCSP in a Windows 7 64 bit and that happens and sometimes it is full in my JPCSP screen when I use Win 7.
