scrambled letters in Dissidia 1 decrypted

Hello guys, i've looked the whole forum and i didn't found the answer to this problem, if havce another thread about this, sorry.

I'm emuling Dissidia 1 on the JPCSP V-0.6 2552, and it run the game perfectly with the videos and sounds without leg, but wen the menu appears the letters appear some scrambled, like this:

, and in battle the FPS low down between 9 and 5, and i don't know wath do, i've tried various configrations, but the configuration from the post http://www.emunewz.net/forum/showthread.php?tid=1004, what i've changed somethings to work in my emulator.

i want to know if this problem is from the configuration or from the rom.

If have any error of orthography, sorry, cuz i'm brazilian :p

Disable the use non native fonts and copy the psp fonts to the fonts folder
Am I the only one with this cool sig?
